Our Story
Bright Minds Daycare was founded by Roger and LaQuisha Hill with a shared passion for children, education, and strengthening families through quality childcare. Together, they bring a powerful combination of academic leadership, hands-on educational experience, and proven childcare management.
Roger Hill holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy/Psychology from University of Michigan-Flint and an MBA in Management from Cleary University. His professional background includes youth development, mentorship, and service as a contracted educator with the Bridgeport School District, where he worked to support student growth and community impact.
LaQuisha Hill brings extensive experience in early childhood education and daycare leadership. In addition to her work connected to the Bridgeport School District with an emphasis on early learning, she has previously managed and operated daycare programs, giving her valuable hands-on experience in creating safe, structured, and nurturing environments where children thrive. Her passion is helping children develop confidence, foundational skills, and a love for learning from the earliest years.
Together, Roger and LaQuisha created Bright Minds Daycare to provide families with trusted, high-quality care in a warm, family-centered environment where children experience structure, encouragement, and genuine care. As a family-operated program, we value strong relationships, consistent support, and the sense of belonging that helps every child feel secure, loved, and ready to grow.
